Oana Bogdan became a member of the council of The International Union of Architects (UIA), which unites the architects of the world through a federation of their national organizations. Through its triennial Congresses and Forums, its international Design Competitions, its Working Groups and its Commissions, the UIA acts as a platform for knowledge sharing, helping craft innovative and collaborative solutions for architectural advancement, with a particular focus on sustainable development. As a deputy member representing Belgium in the Region 1 (Western Europe) of the Council, Oana hopes to bring a fresh perspective, the way she did in every committee she has been part of.
